If you are involved in building, specifying, planning, designing or running the structures that people call ‘home’, then the changes in the Building Regulations Part L which are in force since July 1st 2008 will have a significant impact on the way you operate.

You may also need to know more about the Passive house movement, and how to build or calculate to the Passive House requirements.

Greenbuild offers training on an ad-hoc basis to interested parties on airtightness, green building considerations, domestic energy awareness and other related subjects.

In conjunction with Mosart Architects we have developed a training course on the latest domestic Part L requirements.

Finally, and most exicting, we have been asked to provide the sections on Airtightness and Thermal imaging for the Passive House Academy training.
